Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations, implement and maintain effective HR policies, ensure positive employee relations, and manage day-to-day HR functions. The role also includes providing strategic input to improve organizational culture and supporting the growth and well-being of employees.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations to oversee recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
- Strong skills in Employee Relations to foster a positive and collaborative workplace environment
- Experience in formulating, implementing, and enforcing HR Policies
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
