An educational institution under one of the renowned and largest Jain Trusts in India is looking for a dynamic, visionary, and impact-driven HR Executive to join its team in Jaipur.
📍 Location: Jaipur
🔹 Candidates from Jaipur or those willing to relocate may apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understanding HR requirements within a K12 school ecosystem
• Sourcing and screening relevant candidate profiles
• Maintaining recruitment and employee databases
• Coordinating interviews, meetings, and communication for the Board and management
• Understanding market compensation trends and aligning pay structures accordingly
• Ensuring staff-related compliances and understanding labour laws and HR policies
• Acting as a bridge between employees and management
• Coordinating community-based welfare and engagement initiatives within the ecosystem
Desired Profile:
• Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills
• Appealing and professional personality
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Understanding of labour laws, staff compliances, and HR operations
• Prior experience in HR/recruitment preferred
• Understanding of educational institutions/K12 school HR systems will be an added advantage
• A visionary professional who aspires to create meaningful impact within the education and community ecosystem
