Job Title: HR Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. In this role, you will support the full employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and daily HR administration. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who is passionate about building a positive workplace culture and ensuring a supportive environment for all team members.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding You will be responsible for recruiting candidates across various roles within our organisation. Your major goal is to ensure we attract and retain high-quality talent that aligns with our company values and goals.
Handling end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing applicant tracking.
Utilize various channels (job-boards, social media, professional networks etc.) to source potential candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to ensure candidates meet the basic requirements
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
Facilitate feedback sessions and decision-making processes with hiring teams
Serve as primary contact for the candidates throughout the recruitment process
Keep candidates informed about the status of their application and provide timely feedback
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their team’s staffing needs and priorities
Conduct engaging orientation sessions to seamlessly onboard new hires and introduce them to company policies and culture.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Manage pre-employment checks, BGCV, document collection, and the creation of employee files. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of recruitment processes.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding queries, benefits, and concerns, ensuring confidentiality and empathy.
Help organize and promote employee engagement activities, team-building events, and wellness programs.
3. HR Administration & Compliance
Maintain accurate, up-to-date physical and digital employee records and databases (HRIS).
Assist in processing monthly payroll, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Ensure company operations comply with relevant labor laws and statutory regulations.
4. Performance & Learning
Support the rollout of performance appraisal cycles and track completion rates.
Coordinate training schedules, collect feedback, and assist in identifying basic skill gaps across teams.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Masters/Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in an HR or generalist capacity.
