Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive based in Jodhpur. The HR Executive will manage HR operations, support employee relations, implement and oversee HR policies, and contribute to the overall strategy and execution of human capital initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include addressing employee concerns, enhancing HR practices, delivering process improvements, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) functions
- Proficiency in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
- Experience in fostering and maintaining positive Employee Relations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Understanding of employment laws and regulatory compliance
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience or knowledge of operations in financial services is a plus
