Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Human Resources Executive role based in Bharuch. The HR Executive will manage HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, foster positive employee relations, and oversee workforce planning and management. The role involves ensuring legal compliance, promoting employee engagement, and contributing to organizational growth through strategic human resources practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) fundamentals
- Experience in HR Operations and implementing HR Policies
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and ensuring a positive workplace environment
- Knowledge of statutory compliance and organizational standards
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
