Role Overview:
The HR Executive will manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce coordination, attendance discipline, statutory compliance, and employee relations in the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
· Recruitment & Onboarding
· Schedule interviews and manage offer letters & joining formalities
· Conduct basic induction covering rules, safety, and attendance
· Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
· Maintain daily attendance (biometric/manual)
· Track leaves, late marks, overtime, and shifts
· Share accurate monthly payroll inputs with accounts/consultant
· Maintain employee master data
· Act as the first point of contact for employee queries
· Handle basic grievances and coordinate resolutions
· Liaise between supervisors, workers, and management
· Support disciplinary processes when required
· HR Documentation & MIS
· Maintain employee files, letters, confirmations, and exits
· Track probation and contract renewals
· Prepare HR MIS reports (attendance, manpower, attrition)
· HR Admin & Support
· Support policy communication and implementation
· Assist in training, safety briefings, and compliance activities
· Coordinate HR audits and inspections
