Role Overview
We’re looking for a proactive HR professional to lead end-to-end recruitment across all roles—chefs, kitchen staff, store teams, and corporate hiring—while also managing core HR functions.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus)
• End-to-end hiring for all roles (chefs, bakers, store & corporate staff)
• Job postings, screening, interview coordination
• Building strong talent pipelines
• Bulk hiring for new store launches
• Onboarding & documentation
🔹 HR Operations
• Managing employee records & documentation
• Offer letters, contracts & HR policies
• Payroll coordination & attendance tracking
• Ensuring compliance with labor laws
🔹 Employee Engagement
• Driving retention & engagement initiatives
• Handling employee concerns
• Supporting performance review processes
🔹 Training & Development
• Coordinating onboarding & training programs
• Working with operations team for staff development
🔹 HR Strategy
• Improving HR processes for a growing organization
• Supporting franchise HR needs
• Workforce planning & structuring
