Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Executive will take charge of HR operations, manage employee relations, design and implement HR policies, and ensure smooth functioning of HR activities. The role will involve supporting recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace culture that aligns with the company’s vision and values.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in HR Management, HR Operations, and implementing HR Policies
- Proficiency in managing Employee Relations and creating a positive workplace culture
- Solid understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and principles
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in hospitality or retail industries is needed, who also have a connection im hospitality industry to get networks on board
