Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Executive role based in Gurugram. The Talent Acquisition Executive will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers for a variety of roles across the organization. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring plans. The individual will maintain candidate pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, while ensuring a positive and inclusive candidate experience. The Talent Acquisition Executive will also support employer branding initiatives, maintain accurate recruitment data, and collaborate with HR to ensure smooth onboarding and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Strong recruitment and hiring skills, including experience in end-to-end Recruiting and Hiring across multiple functions and levels.
- Experience in IT Recruitment or technology hiring, with the ability to understand technical roles and requirements (preferred).
- Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and collaborate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Exposure to Employer Branding activities, including promoting the company’s culture and value proposition across various channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and job portals; proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple requisitions, and meet hiring timelines while maintaining quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to fair, inclusive, and non-discriminatory hiring practices.
