Location: Mumbai (Powai / Andheri East)

*About the Role*
We are looking for an experienced HR leader to drive the organization’s overall Human Resources strategy, policies, and people operations. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can independently lead core HR functions, build scalable people practices, manage a team, and partner with leadership to enable business growth. The ideal candidate will be people-centric, structured, and capable of fostering a strong organizational culture.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
* Design, implement, and continuously improve HR policies, processes, and frameworks
* Manage end-to-end HR generalist operations across the employee lifecycle
* Lead talent acquisition strategy, onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
* Drive performance management systems, succession planning, and L&D programs
* Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution effectively
* Ensure statutory HR compliance and adherence to labor laws
* Lead, mentor, and develop the HR team for efficient operations
* Partner with senior leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
* Support change management initiatives and organizational transformation
* Identify and implement HR process improvements for operational efficiency
*Skills & Competencies*
* Strong expertise in HR strategy, HR generalist functions, and statutory compliance
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
* Highly organized with strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
* Strong problem-solving mindset with a people-first approach
* Prior team handling experience is mandatory
*Qualification & Experience*
* MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
* 8–12 years of relevant HR experience in progressive roles
