Role Description
The Human Resources Director will oversee and enhance HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with SEGNOL's business objectives. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. The role also involves leading diversity and inclusion initiatives, managing employee benefits, and implementing training and development programs to build a high-performing workforce. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Gandhinagar Taluka.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Strategic Human Resource Planning, Organizational Development, and Talent Acquisition
- Proficiency in Employee Engagement, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
- Strong knowledge of Employment Laws, Compliance, and HR Policy Development
- Capacity for creating and implementing Employee Training and Development Programs
- Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Experience in diversity and inclusion initiatives is advantageous
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; professional HR certifications (like SHRM-CP or SPHR) are a plus
