✔ Training Coordination & Learning Initiatives
✔ Performance Appraisal Coordination
✔ Employee Engagement Activities
✔ Training Calendar & Budget Management
✔ Skill Matrix & Development Planning
✔ MIS Reporting & HR Documentation
✔ Succession Planning & Talent Development
✔ ISO / TS Audit Training Coordination
✔ Coordination with Admin, IT & Department Heads
We are looking for candidates with:
✅ Strong HR Operations exposure
✅ Experience in Learning & Development / Training Coordination
✅ Employee engagement & appraisal handling experience
✅ Good communication & coordination skills
✅ Manufacturing industry exposure preferred
Preferred Background:
Candidates from Automobile, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, or FMCG sectors will be highly preferred.
