Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Counselor located in Kolkata. The Human Resources Counselor will be responsible for managing HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and retention strategies. Additional responsibilities include handling labor relations, conducting training programs, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and providing guidance to employees and management regarding workplace issues. The role focuses on fostering a productive and positive organizational culture while supporting the strategic objectives of the company.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management practices
- Strong Communication skills, including listening, negotiation, and conflict resolution
- Experience with Labor Relations and fostering a positive workplace environment
- Knowledge and expertise in employee training and development
- Ability to build trust and rapport with team members and leadership
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a similar HR role; prior exposure to on-site HR functions in a corporate environment is a plus
