Job Summary:
The HR Supervisor / Assistant Manager is responsible for overseeing day to day HR operations, ensuring smooth implementation of HR policies, and supporting talent management initiatives. This role bridges strategic HR planning with operational execution to enhance employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new hires
Ensure timely documentation and compliance
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances
Foster a positive and productive work environment
Support conflict resolution and disciplinary processes
3. HR Operations & Compliance
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Handle attendance, leave management, and exit formalities
4. Payroll & Compensation Support
Coordinate with finance for payroll processing
Ensure accuracy of salary inputs, benefits, and deductions
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Problem solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant HR experience
Salary: Up to 40K /Monthly
