We are looking for a proactive HR Coordinator with a specialized background in the US Staffing industry. You will be the backbone of our consultant lifecycle, managing everything from onboarding and compliance to benefits administration and offboarding. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of US labor laws and thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboarding & Compliance: Initiate and track background checks, screenings, and I-9 verifications. Ensure all consultant documentation is compliant with federal and state regulations.
- Contract Management: Draft and manage offer letters, employment agreements, and vendor contracts (C2C, W2, and 1099).
- Benefits Administration: Assist employees with enrollment in health insurance, 401(k), and other company benefits; serve as the primary point of contact for benefits-related inquiries.
- Payroll Support: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate time-tracking and resolve any discrepancies in consultant pay or client invoicing.
- Research: Well versed with cases studies and ATS systems preferably ceipal.
- Employee Relations: Act as a liaison between consultants and the organization, addressing grievances and fostering a positive remote or on-site work culture.
- Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews, process terminations, and ensure the return of company assets.
- IT Support: Coordinating with IT support team and making sure the issues are resolved within the turnaround time.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2–4 years of HR experience specifically within a US Staffing or Recruitment agency.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and HRIS platforms (e.g., ADP, Workday, or Ceipal).
