Job details:
Manage and coordinate field staff / verification teams across multiple locations
Conduct training sessions for field staff on asset tagging, mobile app usage, and SOPs
Assign and distribute daily work tasks to field teams as per project plan
Share and manage data sheets, asset lists, and verification formats with field staff
Ensure proper download of work instructions and clarity of scope to on-ground teams
Monitor daily progress, productivity, and reporting from field staff
Coordinate with backend team for data updates, discrepancies, and issue resolution
Ensure timely completion of projects as per defined timelines
Maintain quality control of tagging, verification, and data accuracy
Handle field-level escalations and problem-solving
Track attendance, deployment, and performance of field staff
Ensure proper use of mobile app / tagging software (TagMyAssets) by teams
Prepare and submit daily/weekly MIS reports to management
Coordinate logistics like tag availability, dispatch, and material movement
