Role Overview:
The People Ops Coordinator will play a key role in managing the day-to-day HR operations for our India team. This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a welcoming attitude to support employees across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, system access, exit formalities, and feedback collection.
- Payroll Support: Assist in India payroll processing (prior payroll experience preferred) by ensuring accurate attendance, leave, and compensation data.
- Employee Management: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
- Performance Management: Support performance review cycles, goal tracking, and feedback collection.
- Employee Records Management: Maintain and update accurate employee records (physical and digital) in compliance with company policies.
- Daily Operations: Bring a welcoming, people-first attitude to all HR operational tasks and employee interactions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 12+ months of experience in an HR role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (mandatory)
- Freshers with strong communication skills are also welcome to apply
- Prior payroll or HRMS experience is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work independently in a night shift environment
