This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with our USA-based staff and service providers, implement and manage programs that contribute to our growth, and be part of a supportive and collaborative team.
Position Overview
We’re seeking a dynamic HR Associate with 9+ years of experience to support both Human resources operations and HR business partnering. Based in our modern and centrally located Bangalore office, you’ll collaborate closely with our New York City headquarters, contributing to a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a reliable HR contact for employees, helping address questions related to workplace
culture, employment policies, and company procedures.
• Support employee engagement initiatives by coordinating recognition programs and clearly
communicating company benefits and values.
• Assist in onboarding and training efforts by conducting orientation sessions and ensuring new
hires understand company culture, processes, and expectations.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate hiring processes.
• Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions.
• Track recruitment metrics and provide regular hiring updates to management.
• Contribute to core HR functions including recruitment coordination(periodic), performance review tracking, compensation support, and compliance documentation.
• Facilitate exit interviews and manage offboarding tasks with professionalism and empathy.
• Support grievance resolution by documenting cases and ensuring respectful, policy-aligned
outcomes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS (Time and attendance) records and generate reports to support data driven HR decisions.
• Maintain accurate employee data in HRIS and generate reports to support business decisions.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's or any HR certification .
• Minimum 9+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multinational or cross-border
organization.
• Driven by a strong desire to grow, paired with a positive attitude and a continuous learning
mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• High proficiency in MS Office Suite
