Job details:
We are looking for HR Coordinators who can act as the face of the organization throughout the candidate journey. At CynLr, we believe alignment begins before a person joins, not after. The first interaction a candidate has with us shapes how they understand the company, the role, and the founder’s intent. In this role, you will do the heavy lifting of translating that intent into clear, thoughtful, and compelling communication across every stage of hiring and onboarding.
About the Role
As an HR Coordinator, your primary contribution will be to shape how candidates experience CynLr from the moment they discover an opportunity to the moment they join. You will support hiring teams in carrying the organization’s impression in an insightful, consistent, and high-context manner. This role combines recruitment coordination, employer branding, stakeholder communication, process discipline, and early-stage organizational alignment.
What You Will Do
• Applicant stage: Adapt job descriptions to the requirements and audience of each platform, including LinkedIn, the company website, and other relevant channels, to improve discoverability and attractiveness. Research candidate demographics, skill combinations, and platform behavior to determine where and when to publish roles for maximum relevance.
• Campus recruitment: Support high-coordination campus hiring efforts where the objective is not volume but identifying the right candidate in a difficult market. Help manage large applicant pools, communication flows, institution coordination, and branding touchpoints across campuses.
• Candidate stage: Send and coordinate emails for tests and interviews, share preparation details, ensure support team availability, maintain test records and reports, and contribute to the design of filtering criteria using available assessment data.
• Selected candidate stage: Manage candidate confirmations, coordinate interview logistics with relevant stakeholders, maintain interview performance records, and ensure timely follow-up communication for all candidates who participate in the process.
• Onboarding stage: Log new joiner details into internal systems, generate employee IDs, coordinate with IT for asset issuance, collect required documents, and administer internal and statutory induction programs.
• Employer impression and communication: Act as a consistent and professional point of contact for candidates, helping remove communication roadblocks and ensuring that the organization’s values, expectations, and founder’s impression are carried meaningfully throughout the journey.
Job Requirements
• Domain and tool knowledge: Understanding of business operations, communication fundamentals, HR operations, employer branding, and negotiation. Familiarity with major job portals, applicant tracking systems, payroll software, and strong working knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Core skills: Strong organization, documentation, and coordination skills, with the ability to interface effectively with external stakeholders. Excellent professional communication and negotiation skills, an understanding of human psychology, and the ability to manage expectations with maturity and clarity.
• Behavioral tendencies: Critical thinking, responsibility, versatility, resourcefulness, availability, thoroughness, and strong attention to detail.
What Success Looks Like
• Roles are clearly defined, market-informed, and aligned with the company’s stage and business needs.
• Hiring processes are structured, candidate-centric, and continuously improving through data and feedback.
• Strong talent pipelines are built across experienced hiring, campus hiring, and institutional partnerships.
• Employer messaging resonates with the right candidates across different talent segments and platforms.
• Cross-functional hiring teams are supported with clarity, responsiveness, and strategic insight.
Who We Are Looking For
• You are deeply curious and prefer understanding the problem before applying templates or assumptions.
• You are action-oriented and enjoy building, coordinating, and improving systems rather than only advising on them.
• You think analytically and can connect business context, talent strategy, and market behavior.
• You communicate clearly and can work effectively across founders, hiring managers, HR teams, branding teams, and operations stakeholders.
• You are excited by startup environments where roles evolve quickly and thoughtful hiring can create outsized impact.
Who You Will Work With
You will work closely with the HR and Talent Management team for execution. You will also collaborate extensively with Branding and Tech teams to shape role narratives and hiring journeys, and partner with Operations and Finance teams where planning and budget considerations are involved.
How Your Career Progresses
We see this role as the starting point of a long-term journey into Human Resources Management at CynLr. In a startup environment, the company evolves quickly and the needs of the organization expand continuously. Over time, this role can open pathways into specialized areas within HR, including talent acquisition, people operations, employer branding, onboarding, and broader organizational development.
Why Join Us
If you are excited by the idea of building hiring systems that are strategic, analytical, and deeply human, this role offers the chance to shape how a company discovers and develops talent from the ground up. You will help define not just who we hire, but how we think about roles, talent markets, candidate journeys, and long-term organizational growth.
