This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram for a Human Resources Coordinator. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for managing HR operations, administering employee benefits, addressing employee relations needs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. They will play a key role in improving employee engagement, maintaining documentation, and supporting various HR programs to uphold a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HR Management and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience in Benefits Administration
- Strong skills in managing Employee Relations and fostering a positive work environment
- Knowledge and experience in developing and implementing HR Policies
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
- Previous work experience in a similar role is an advantage
