Position 1: Human Resource Intern

Location: Remote

Start Date: Immediate

Stipend: Unpaid

Role Overview

An execution-focused HR Intern who will build our talent pipeline, drive outreach through emails, grow brand presence on LinkedIn, and support HR operations. This role blends HR, marketing, and community growth. You will execute with autonomy — not just assist.

Core Responsibilities

1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing

Publish openings across LinkedIn, Internshala, and target student communities

Review and screen applications

Schedule interviews and manage communication

Track metrics and pipeline progress

2. Outreach & Email Campaigns

Send 100 targeted emails daily to potential leads (students, societies, campus heads)

Maintain a structured CRM tracker

Follow-ups and conversion tracking

3. LinkedIn Brand & Content Growth

Publish daily posts using guided content

Engage with community to grow reach and visibility

4. Instagram Coordination

Work with 2 internal team members to plan and schedule posts

Support content execution and calendar consistency

5. HR Operations & Team Support

Maintain onboarding documentation

Track attendance and weekly reviews

Assist internal performance evaluation processes

Skills & Traits

Strong written and verbal communication

Discipline and consistency with execution

Comfortable with outreach and follow-ups

Familiarity with LinkedIn & Google Sheets

MBA/HR/Management background preferred
