Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resources Consultant based in Varanasi. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing employee relations, ensuring organizational compliance with labor and employment laws, and providing strategic advice to enhance workforce engagement and productivity. The consultant will collaborate with various teams to address HR challenges and design effective solutions tailored to the organization’s needs.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and expertise in Human Resources, including HR Management and HR Policies.
- Strong skills in handling Employee Relations and addressing workplace concerns effectively.
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Laws and ensuring compliance with current legal standards.
- Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to provide strategic insights and solutions to organizational challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR) are a plus.
- Prior experience as an HR Consultant or in an HR managerial role is highly desirable.
