Role Description The Human Resources Manager role at Naukripay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Human Resources Manager will oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement activities. This role will manage HR policies and procedures, ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and support workforce planning and organizational development initiatives. The Human Resources Manager will work closely with business leaders to understand staffing needs, resolve employee relations issues, and implement HR programs that enhance retention and productivity. The role also involves maintaining accurate HR records, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in talent acquisition and recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess skills in HR operations and policy management, including HR documentation, compliance, and process implementation.
- Candidates should possess skills in performance management and employee engagement, including goal-setting, feedback processes, and engagement initiatives.
- Candidates should possess skills in employee relations and conflict resolution, including grievance handling, mediation, and communication.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills to support data-driven HR decisions.
- Relevant experience in human resources management, preferably in multi-industry or staffing/consulting environments, is beneficial.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; HR certifications are an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and proficiency with HRIS and MS Office tools are beneficial.
