Role Overview
This is a high-impact, consulting-oriented HR role with exposure to diverse client environments and strategic HR initiatives.
Over time, you will:
- Work across multiple client engagements to design, implement, and manage HR strategies
- Partner with business leaders on policy design, organization effectiveness, and HR transformation
- Drive employee relations, compliance, and HR process excellence
- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes
Current Assignment (Immediate Focus)
In your first engagement, you will support a global MNC client, acting as an HR Generalist (HRG) / HR Business Partner (HRBP) for a business unit of ~250 employees.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with business leaders and global stakeholders
- Driving career development and succession planning
- Supporting organization design and workforce planning initiatives
- Managing rewards processes and providing analytics-driven insights
- Enabling strong HR delivery across the employee lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
- Strong foundation in HR Management and core HR processes
- Experience in designing and implementing HR policies and SOPs
- Working knowledge of Rewards and HR Analytics
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- Ability to operate in a consulting-style, fast-paced environment
- Master’s degree in HRM or equivalent
- Experience working with startups or dynamic environments
- Exposure to virtual / interim HR roles or consulting assignments (good to have)
