Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Consultant, located in Surat. The role involves managing and designing HR policies, providing expertise in employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The consultant will also support clients by addressing organizational challenges, advising on best practices, and implementing HR solutions that align with business goals. Collaboration with teams and stakeholders to foster a positive work environment will be an essential part of daily responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
- Ability to develop and implement HR Policies effectively
- Strong knowledge of Employee Relations and strategies to manage employee engagement
- Comprehensive understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a similar field; a master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI) is a plus
- Experience in consulting or business strategy is an advantage
