Role Description
This is a full-time, Head office based role for a Human Resources Compliance Manager located in Pune, India. The HR Compliance officer will ensure organizational compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations.
Qualifications
Graduate with 5+ yrs HR compliance experience in Manufacturing / Engineering industry .
- Expertise in Regulatory Compliance, HR Policies, and industry standards
- Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience in HR compliance roles; experience in manufacturing or engineering industries is a required.
- Proficiency in compliance audits and regulatory reporting
