Job Role: HR Compliances & Operations
Designation: Manager

i Role Overview: The HR Manager will lead the full spectrum of HR functions, ensuring seamless execution of core HR processes and statutory compliances under BOCW, CLRA, and other applicable labour laws. This role demands a balance of strategic HR capability and on-ground operational excellence, with strong coordination between corporate HR and project teams.
How can you make an Impact?
Ensure 100% compliance with BOCW, CLRA, EPF, ESI, and related labor regulations.
Conduct regular internal audits at project locations to identify and rectify compliance gaps.
Prepare for and manage external auditors during inspections to avoid penalties or legal repercussions.
Generate periodic reports on compliance metrics & ensure timely submissions to government portals.
Coordinate with external consultants, labor departments, and government bodies for timely license renewals (e.g., CLRA registrations, BOCW cess payments).
Proactively track expiration dates and resolve discrepancies to prevent operational disruptions. Execute exit formalities, including Full & Final (F&F) settlements within statutory timelines (e.g., Payment of Gratuity Act, EPF withdrawal processing).
Track clearances and close employee records to minimize litigation risks.
Facilitate grievance handling in line with Industrial Disputes Act, mediating between corporate HR and site teams.
Maintain confidential records and ensure resolutions align with statutory dispute resolution timelines.
Conduct compliance spot-checks and align site practices with central policies
What are we looking for?
5–10 years of progressive experience across the operations, compliance, employee relations, and engagement.
In-depth understanding of BOCW, CLRA, EPF, ESI, and other statutory frameworks governing construction and real estate operations.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining documentation accuracy and audit readiness.
Strong interpersonal and coordination skills to work collaboratively with internal teams, site HRs, and contractors across multiple locations.
Balanced focus on people connects and compliance discipline, ensuring smooth on ground execution aligned with corporate HR standards.
