MVZ Green Infra is looking for an experienced and dedicated HR – Compliance to join our growing team in Bharuch.
📍 Location: Bharuch
💼 Experience: 7 - 8 Years
🎓 Qualification: MBA in HR
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Full site compliance and legal documentation
✔ Labour license application & maintenance
✔ Salary preparation and workforce management
✔ Labour/staff advance loan register management
✔ Compliance management (PF/ESIC/WC/Insurance etc.)
✔ Agreement handling and accident report management
✔ Police verification and vehicle insurance responsibility
✔ Contractor labour entry management & labour sourcing
✔ Labour colony setup and administration work
Key Skills Required:
✅ Excellent MS Office skills
✅ Strong convincing and conflict resolution abilities
✅ Problem-solving mindset
✅ Leadership and compliance management experience
