Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, people-focused HRBP Trainee to support our US Sales team. This role involves driving employee engagement, managing employee relations, supporting performance management, and ensuring smooth HR operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key responsibilities
HRBP & Employee engagement
- Act as a point of contact for employees within assigned teams
- Conduct regular employee connect sessions to understand concerns and improve engagement
- Support execution of engagement initiatives for night-shift and sales teams
- Assist managers with team-related HR concerns
Employee support & Grievance handling
- Support in handling employee grievances with confidentiality and timely resolution
- Escalate sensitive issues to senior HR when required
- Ensure a fair and positive employee experience
Performance management support
- Assist in probation reviews and performance discussions
- Track employee performance data and KPIs
- Support managers in addressing performance concerns
HR Operations & Data Management
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and HR documentation
- Prepare basic MIS reports and support HR dashboards
- Coordinate with payroll/admin teams for smooth operations
Exit & Offboarding
- Assist in managing exit formalities and documentation
- Support exit interviews and data collection
- Help analyze feedback to identify attrition trends
Compliance & Policy Support
- Ensure adherence to company policies and processes
- Guide employees on basic HR policies, leave, and benefits
- Support compliance and documentation requirements
Key Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR Operations / HR roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of employee engagement and HR processes
- Comfortable working with Excel and basic MIS reporting
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work in US night shift (9 PM – 6/7 AM IST)
