Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Jaipur. The HR Business Partner will oversee HIRING, foster employee relations and manage performance evaluation processes. Key responsibilities include advising management on HR strategies, resolving employee issues, designing HR initiatives, and supporting organizational goals through strong HR practices.
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of HR Policies and expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices
- Strong skills in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Law
- Experience with Performance Management systems and processes
- Ability to build inclusive workplace environments and foster team collaboration
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in NBFC or the financial services sector
