Job Summary
The role is responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment and onboarding, time office and payroll support, training coordination, employee engagement, and HR administration. The position ensures timely hiring, accurate workforce management, effective training delivery, and compliance with policies and regulatory standards, while fostering employee satisfaction and supporting organizational goals.
Education:
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Human Resources or related field
MS office proficiency

Primary Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
• Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet hiring needs.
• Coordinating for offers, manage onboarding for new hires.
• Conduct employee inductions and ensure smooth integration into the organization.
Time Office Management
• Create and manage employee rosters, track and maintain attendance records.
• Monitor overtime and provide accurate payroll inputs.
• Handle employee leave requests, maintain records, and ensure compliance with policy.
Training Management
• Identify and assess training needs across assigned branches.
• Coordinate training sessions and track attendance.
• Support Rewards & Recognition programs.
• Drive employee engagement activities to enhance workplace satisfaction.
Administrative Duties
• Maintain employee files and ensure documentation compliance.
• Issue HR-related documents such as appointment letters, memos and warnings in coordination with Corporate
HR.
• Support NABH/NABL audit-related HR requirements
Additional Responsibilities:
- Provide HR analytics and periodic reports on workforce trends, attrition and compliance metrics.
- Assist in grievance handling and ensure timely resolution in line with company policies.
- Responsibilities are not limited to those mentioned in the document.
- There could be other tasks as per the need and scope of services of the department at the assigned centre(s)
