HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Hyderabad
Location: Hyderabad
Work Mode: 5 Days WFO
Experience: 3–4 Years
We are looking for a hands-on HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our Business Unit in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should come from an IT services, technology, or product company background and should have strong exposure to both Talent Acquisition and HRBP responsibilities.
Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning
- Drive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding
- Ensure strong candidate experience and hiring turnaround timelines
- Work closely with recruitment partners/vendors when required
HR Business Partnering
- Act as HR partner for the assigned Business Unit
- Support managers on people-related matters, performance discussions, and employee concerns
- Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives
- Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, confirmations, performance management, and exits
- Support policy implementation and HR governance
- Ensure healthy employee relations and positive workplace culture
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 3–4 years of HR experience in IT/Tech/Product organizations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes
- Exposure to HRBP activities and employee lifecycle management
- Good communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and independently manage prioritie
