Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and hands-on HR Business Partner (3–5 years experience) who will manage the complete employee lifecycle at Unosecur. This role will be responsible for HR operations, employee engagement, performance management, policy development, and people processes from onboarding to exit.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced startup environment and is comfortable owning both strategic HR initiatives and day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Employee Lifecycle Management
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee engagement, development, and offboarding.
- Design and execute structured onboarding programs to ensure smooth employee integration.
- Handle exit processes, including exit interviews, documentation, and feedback analysis.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, cultural programs, and team-building activities.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values.
Performance Management
- Own the goal-setting process and performance review cycles.
- Coordinate and manage performance appraisal frameworks and calibration discussions.
- Facilitate pause committees / performance discussions with leadership to ensure fair evaluations.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Draft, review, and update HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Ensure proper implementation and communication of HR policies across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with applicable labor laws and internal governance standards.
HR Operations
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, and HR systems.
- Support and coordinate payroll processing in collaboration with finance.
- Ensure accuracy in employee data, leave management, and HR reports.
Communication & Culture
- Organize and coordinate company-wide All Hands meetings and internal communications.
- Work closely with leadership to ensure alignment between business goals and people strategy.
Qualifications & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in a startup or fast-growing environment.
- Experience handling end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of performance management, employee engagement, and HR policies.
- Experience supporting or coordinating payroll processing and HR compliance.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a dynamic environment.
