Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support business leaders and employees across the organization. The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives while driving employee engagement, performance management, talent development, and organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning activities.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work culture.
- Manage employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
- Guide managers on performance management processes, goal setting, and employee development.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for decision-making.
- Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development teams to identify and address skill gaps.
- Participate in organizational change management and transformation projects.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/MMS in HR preferred.
- 3–8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HRBP roles.
- Strong understanding of employee relations, performance management, and labor laws.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
