We're looking for someone who understands people and business.
Toram Creators is a growing knitwear manufacturer in Tirupur operating since 2003. We're building a head-office team that includes talent from premium design institutes and also legacy employees who can get the job done. We need someone who can hold that team together, understand what they need, and help leadership make better decisions about people.
What this role actually is:
- Partnering with leadership on monthly KPI reviews and performance conversations. Understanding why people stay or leave — and acting on it.
- Being the connective tissue between management and a ambitious team.
- Occasionally bridging to our factory HR on people matters.
- Lead hiring for head-office roles — writing job descriptions, running sourcing, screening candidates and coordinating interview panels.
- Build and maintain a head-office culture that is professional, performance-oriented and human — not bureaucratic.
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations for head-office staff: offer letters, contracts, confirmations, increments and exits.
- Maintain clean, up-to-date employee records and ensure head-office HR processes run without friction.
- Identify skill and capability gaps across the head-office team and propose practical learning interventions.
- Coordinate external training, certifications and development programmes where relevant.
What This Role Is Not
- Payroll processing or statutory filing — our factory HR teams handle this.
- A pure recruitment or talent-acquisition role.
- A role where you wait to be told what to do.
Who we're looking for:
Someone with an MBA in HR who can read a business, not just a policy. Someone comfortable in a tier-2 city who knows how to connect with people from different worlds — local staff and city-origin professionals alike. 3–8 years of experience, though we'll talk to a sharp fresher too.
