We are looking for a super energetic HR Business Partner to join our founding team. The candidate will directly report to our Head of HR / Founder and handle all non-recruitment HR activities.
Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to lead culture and employee experience initiatives that enable people to do their life’s best work.
- Use people data and insights to improve retention, engagement, and team health.
- Be the go-to advisor for managers on performance, engagement, growth, and tough people conversations.
- Run seamless people operations across onboarding, policies, employee lifecycle, and workplace administration.
- Drive performance cycles, talent reviews, promotions, and feedback practices that scale.
- Build scalable HR processes, systems, and rituals for a fast-growing organisation.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of HRBP experience in high-growth, product-based startups.
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and people partnering skills.
- Ability to drive culture, employee engagement, and team experience initiatives.
- Strong understanding of performance management, feedback, and talent development.
