1. Candidate Profile - Preferred candidate should be a 2017 management graduate. - Experience across industries such as Pharma, FMCG, Financial Services, and BFSI is desirable. - Candidates from medium to large organizations (1000 to 3000 employees) were considered ideal. - Exposure to a matrix organization structure is preferred. - Prior experience in strong people-practice-oriented companies is beneficial.
2. Skills & Experience Expectations - Candidate should demonstrate capability in: - People Analytics - Performance Management - Employee/People Surveys - Experience in either: - HRBP roles, or - HR Center of Excellence (COE) roles
3. Notice Period: Max. 30 days
4. Interview Process: 1 virtual round and 1 F-2-F
