We are looking for bright and passionate candidate for the position of Human Resource Business Partner with experience in:
Location: Trivandrum
Experience: 8 to 10 Years
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the organization’s strategic goals by providing fully integrated and effective HR Business partnering services driving change & business focused solutions
- Proficient in conducting employee engagement activities for developing a sense of trust and belongingness among the employees
- End to End performance management processes and work closely with Business leaders for Capability Building & Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) reviews
- Engaging with Business Unit to drive talent engagement & retention initiatives with proven skills in improving the employee satisfaction survey action plans
- Support Business in Identifying and recommend Training & Development needs
- Collaborate to drive initiatives, policies and implementation of best practices across HR teams
- Analyse policies, R&R initiatives to drive recognition and motivation of employees
- Conduct employee satisfaction meetings and conduct regular meeting with Managers to understand gaps, feedback & solutions
- Ensure prompt resolution of employee grievances & maintaining cordial employee relations
- Attrition Analysis & Retention initiatives: Deploy dashboards on attrition and exit feedback and identify trends & potential leavers through early warning checks and propose solutions to curb attrition
- Dashboards and reports generated on key strategies implemented
- Maintain employee records necessary for processing payrolls, attrition etc
- Good exposure and experience in conducting QMS & HR audits and identifying areas that are not adhering to the standard policies as well as implementing appropriate action plan.
