Our client is looking for an experienced and strategic Business Growth HR Manager to partner with leadership teams and drive impactful HR initiatives aligned with business objectives and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Drive talent acquisition, workforce planning, onboarding, and employee integration initiatives.
- Support performance management processes, employee development, and succession planning.
- Lead learning & development initiatives, leadership development programs, and career progression planning.
- Collaborate on compensation and benefits strategies to support talent attraction and retention.
- Support organizational development, change management, and business transformation initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement and retention strategies using employee feedback and HR analytics.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership teams.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in HR Business Partnering, talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Experience working with HR analytics, reporting, and HRIS systems.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certifications such as SHRM/PHR/SPHR would be an added advantage.
