Role Description
This is an internship role for a Human Resources Business Partner at Synzent Technologies' Indore office. This on-site position involves supporting HR operations, assisting with employee relations, facilitating performance management processes, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws. The intern will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement HR policies, contribute to creating a positive workplace culture, and work closely with leadership on strategic HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven understanding of Human Resources (HR) processes and best practices
- Knowledge of HR Policies, Employee Relations, and Performance Management techniques
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law for compliance and support in HR functions
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in handling confidential information and maintaining ethical standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or ongoing academic pursuit)
- Previous experience or coursework in HR-related subjects is a plus
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic, AI-driven environment
