Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner based in Kanpur. The HR Business Partner will collaborate with various teams to develop and implement HR strategies that align with company goals. Responsibilities include creating and enforcing HR policies, managing employee relations, handling labor law compliance, and overseeing performance management systems. The role requires proactive communication, strategic thinking, and the ability to foster a positive work environment for all employees.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) practices
- Experience managing Employee Relations and ensuring a positive workplace culture
- Familiarity with Labor and Employment Law to maintain compliance
- Proficiency in implementing and overseeing Performance Management systems
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive approach to fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience working in the food and beverage industry or startup environment is a plus
