We are looking for an HR professional to support a smooth employee lifecycle experience. The role involves HRBP, HRMS, and Compliance, ensuring a smooth employee lifecycle experience.
Responsibilities
Employee Relations
- Act as a bridge between employees and management to maintain a positive work environment.
- Address employee queries and support grievance handling.
- Manage exit formalities and full & final settlements.
Compliance & Policies
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Engagement
- Organize and support employee engagement activities.
- Ensure internal communication and HR initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree; PGDBM/ MBA /MSW in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR.
