Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP)

Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Roles & Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end employee engagement programs including events, surveys, and wellness initiatives.

•Conduct pulse surveys and analyze insights to create actionable engagement plans.

•Manage internal communication channels such as newsletters and leadership connect sessions.

•Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with business goals.

•Support managers on workforce planning, performance discussions, and team development..

•Conduct investigations for employee relations issues and ensure policy compliance.

•Execute performance management cycles and coach managers on goal setting and feedback.

•Oversee HR metrics such as attrition, headcount, and engagement scores for business reviews.

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR or related field.

•4-7 years HRBP/HR Generalist experience with proven engagement ownership.

•Good understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.
