Job Title: HR Business Partner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Mobiliy Infotech. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of both human resources and business operations, driving HR initiatives that align with our organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to develop HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to leaders in areas such as employee engagement, performance management, and workforce planning.
- Identify and address employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour laws.
- Oversee talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, on boarding, and talent development.
- Analyse HR metrics and reports to inform decision-making and improve organizational effectiveness.
- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
- Promote a positive workplace culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
