Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP), based in Pune. The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, delivering HR solutions that align with the organization's goals. Responsibilities include managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, overseeing performance management processes, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- 3+Years in core HRBP role
- Strong understanding of HR Policies and core Human Resources (HR) functions
- Expertise in Employee Relations and effective conflict resolution
- Proficiency in managing Performance Management programs for individual and organizational growth
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus
- Experience in the retail industry is advantageous
