Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) from the Civil Construction Industry to support strategic HR initiatives and drive operational efficiency across projects and business functions. The role requires strong leadership, workforce management, and coordination abilities aligned with business growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals
• Manage workforce planning, manpower allocation, and employee engagement activities
• Monitor and enhance employee performance, productivity, and operational effectiveness
• Coordinate with project, operations, and sales teams for smooth business functioning
• Support overall operational management across assigned zones/projects
• Contribute towards revenue growth through effective people and process management
• Handle manpower planning, deployment, and resource optimisation for projects
• Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, processes, and compliance requirements
• Maintain effective coordination between site teams and management
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Prior experience in the Civil Construction Industry is mandatory
• Strong understanding of HRBP functions and operational management
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to handle multi-functional coordination and project-driven environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in manpower planning and employee performance management
