Role Description
We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India. In this position, you will develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, oversee performance management frameworks, and ensure compliance with labor and employment laws. You will collaborate with departmental leaders to support organizational growth, provide advice on HR best practices, and spearhead initiatives that enhance employee engagement and well-being. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in workforce planning and aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) management, including the development and implementation of HR policies.
- Strong expertise in Employee Relations and understanding of Labor and Employment Laws.
- Experience in designing and executing Performance Management strategies and initiatives.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to build strong partnerships across teams and manage conflict effectively.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the education or training industry is a plus.
