Role Description
Jean Claude Biguine is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for implementing and managing HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering strong employee relations. The role also includes performance management, stakeholder management, and providing strategic HR support to meet business goals.
Key Responsibilities
• Implement and manage HR policies and processes
• Drive employee relations and handle grievances
• Support performance management and appraisals
• Partner with business teams for operational HR support
• Handle recruitment and end-to-end hiring
• Manage and support salon/store operations from an HR perspective
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices
• Experience in employee relations and labor laws
• Hands-on experience in performance management
• Experience in store/salon handling is mandatory
• Strong recruitment experience is required
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in retail/salon/luxury/service industry preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
