We are looking for a dynamic HR professional to lead the Sales HRBP function for a designated region/division. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong execution capability, and the ability to partner closely with business leaders to drive impactful outcomes.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic advisor to business leaders to drive performance and growth
- Lead and manage organisational change initiatives within the sales function
- Ensure end-to-end recruitment for Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and frontline teams (including third-party payroll)
- Drive training and development initiatives to enhance leadership capability and sales effectiveness
- Design and implement employee engagement interventions
- Manage and drive the performance management process for key stakeholders
🔹 Must Have:
- Proficiency in managing and operating Darwinbox (end-to-end)
- 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner
- Hands-on experience in managing employee benefits and HR operations

- Strong execution focus with the ability to drive on-ground action
- Expertise in workforce planning and people management
- Ability to ensure optimal manpower availability and utilisation
