Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Business Partner located in Nashik. The HR Business Partner will serve as a strategic partner to the business, executing key HR strategies to support organizational goals. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, conflict resolution, training programs development, labour management and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. The role will also involve collaborating with leadership, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and implementing best practices to foster a productive work culture.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Workforce Planning, and Succession Planning
- Expertise in Employee Engagement, Culture Building, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives
- Proficiency in Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Conflict Resolution
- Knowledge of Training and Development strategies, including leadership and skill-building programs
- Familiarity with Employment Law, Compliance, and HR policies
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders across levels and departments
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a must)
- Previous experience in agriculture or a similar industry is advantageous
